My name is Chantel, and I’m the founder and creative force behind Celestial PMU.
When I first envisioned Celestial PMU, my goal was simple: to create a space where clients feel more than just another appointment on the schedule. I wanted a place where every individual is treated with the care, attention, and respect they deserve.
Having been a client myself of various treatments — including laser tattoo removal, hair removal, and permanent makeup — I’ve experienced both the highs and lows of the services. These experiences taught me invaluable lessons about what truly matters in client care. I've felt first-hand how upsetting it can be when care falls short, and I made it my mission to ensure my clients never have to face those same disappointments.
